Processing time: 1–3 weeks from payment & approval (after design confirmation)

-Shipped carefully in a sturdy box with protective wrapping to protect the materials and prevent damage during transit

-For display: Avoid direct sunlight and moisture to preserve colors and resin finish

-For riding: Expect natural wear over time; resin coating will protect artwork but is not indestructible

Please note: This is a made-to-order, custom piece. Due to the nature of commissioned art, all sales are final once work has begun. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos.
